Selling my 1966 Mustang HiPo K code
I'm hoping to get back into a vette again some day. That may be a while.
The ad...
I'm looking to sell my 66 K code coupe. Yes, it is a HiPo K code car. I bought the car in March 2016. It has some interesting history. It spent all of it's life in NJ until 2016. The original owner bought it new and raced it on road courses. It was restored as a tribute to the 1965-66 SCCA Trans Am series cars. I've never seen a Mustang like it, very unique and a head turner. Really nice driver with good power and handling.
$18,000 SOLD!
The body is in good condition. One small bubble forming on the bottom right of the passenger door. The flares look great. I have some parts that go with the car as well. Lots of receipts and documentation.
The car is registered as a PA antique with a 1966 period correct license plate. If you're in PA then everything transfers to the new owner as is, i.e. antique registration & plate. The mileage is unknown.

The previous owner did the flares. It actually looks better in person.

My wife has actually been looking for one of these lately. Nice unmolested examples have been selling for up to $40k, which is an incredible amount for a coupe. Even with all of the mods, yours should bring some good money. GLWS

Those 1st gen Mustangs are dirt cheap in SoCal. If you dont mind a straight 6 and do a transplant even moreso. Tons of them in decent shape for not much over Camry money
