Default Traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for.....

New Camaro Zl1!
Picked it up this weekend and it is an absolute riot. 10 speed transmission is unbelievable. It will be a travesty if it is not offered in the vette. I can't wait to start modding it!

Nice. Maybe I'll trade my C7 for one. On second thought, that's not gonna happen.

What's up with those BarcaLoungers ? They could shave 100lbs by putting in z06 seats instead . Beautiful car btw.

It's deceiving because the bolsters stick out so far. The Recaros are actually pretty thin.

Those ZL1 Recaros are really nice. It seems like they're infinitely adjustable and I was able to find my sweet spot pretty quickly- many cars can't even hit my sweet spot.

I cannot comment on the Grand Cherokees in general, but my SRT was a VERY comfortable car. Dead quiet interior. I could hop in and drive all day in it no problem. Transmission was decent. They suffer from a weird 5-4 downshift jerk that they all seem to have. Fast for weighing 5000 lbs. They drink a lot of fuel. I probably averaged 11 mpg. Excellent brakes. Very smooth hp and tq motor. They do not respond to mods AT ALL. CAI, Headers, full exhaust, and a tune will maybe net you 10-15 hp. And they do not take boost well. You have to tear them down and do forged internals. But if you want something to just leave stock I thought it was a great, quiet, fast, comfortable car.

I have heard the same about bolt on's. I saw a nice blacked out one the other day and it is actually a very nice looking truck.
