Alignment
Caster, as much as can be dialed in.
Front Camber, -1.00 Deg
Rear Camber, -.60 Deg
Toe Front and Rear, -.08 Deg
I did not run this for very long so I have no idea on tire wear but the car tracks straight and is not upset by the ruts. Because I started running the R-compounds after the first event (1 autocross and 400 miles) I noticed that the inside of the front tires, about 1 inch, showed no wear and in the back it was like 2 inches. We modified the alignment as follows:
Caster, as much as can be dialed in.
Front Camber, -1.60 Deg (I can flip the pins and get 2.4 if required)
Rear Camber, - 1.00 Deg
Toe Front, .09 Deg
Toe Rear, -.04 Deg
Again the car tracks great and the ruts do not affect it. The prilminary look shows better tire wear and I will know for sure when I remove them tonight.
All the work has been done a Speedware Motorsports. This is a friendly bunch of guys and they explain and talk to you about what you want done and what the results are likely to be. For both alingments I have been out there with the mechanic talking about what to do and what the pro's and con's are for each setting. You data is stored in the computer so you always record of what was done. And if like me it makes it very easy to swap alignments around.
Got there and found a sign hanging on the door. Closed today, at the races at Evergreen. I can't think of any reputable company that books work on a day that they are closed.
