Well it's official, turned over the keys to my vette and took posession of our new "family" car tonight. A bit of a bitter sweet moment for me for sure... Anyway, just want to say thanks to everyone, especially those in the GTG gang for the friendships, laughs, tips, drives and much more I'm sure.
I'm def. going to lurk around on the forum still just to look at pics and see what you're all doing. Have fun with your cars and don't forget to wave.....
Here's a pic of new car, it's an '01 E320...Very clean inside and out.

I went through the same experience when I was starting out. Sold my Corvette to get something more family practical. An older Corvette owner told me back then "you'll get another one". He was right, I did and hopefully so will you when the time is right (probably a used C7).
Take care,
Bruno

The 'E' class cars are pretty nice. You'll be surprised at how well it handles for a sedan. I wouldn't hesitate to take it to an hpde event to see what it will do.
