Curious, do any of you support the Museum through their Corvette raffle? I figure it's a donation, but you never know. I usually buy a few on the $10 raffles, and occasionally the $100(less tickets sold) if I really like the car.
The last time I heard, only the $10.00 paper raffle tickets could be sold in WA. Any online ticket purchase from the NCM is against WA state law. The NCM is supposed to check addresses of online ticket buyers and any WA address will be rejected.
Maybe one day the WA Legislature will wise up and pass a law that removes this idiotic regulation.
Where does it say that the raffle ticket prices are tax-deductible? I know that the NCM membership is a charitable contribution, but never heard that raffle tickets are tax-deductible.

Thanks for the information. I have never been notified of a rejection. Will have to check into that. Never found that in the fine print. Agree on WA, my Dad RIP used to refer to our state government as "The Little Soviet of America". I find it to be a good analogy for the most part. A reflection of the voters at best it seems.
