Has anyone found a method to save the paint on the nose and tail of a C4? My red daily driver is showing the strength of the Florida sun. The nose has turned a lighter red and the tail is not fair behind(no pun intended well maybe yes). Would it be possible to wet sand with about 1500-2000 grit and then polish?

Your not going to accomplish much by buffing on dead paint and CC. The only possibility would be to carefully reclear it. That will be very chancy and may not restore much color to the already faded paint.
As long as the paint is not checked or cracked -- try some Meguiars Machine Glaze #3. Do one area by hand with a soft polishing cloth (not machine) once or twice and I'm pretty confident it will improve the appearance. Let me know the result.

Thanks for the hint. I will try it this week and will report.

If the paint has turned a lighter color under the clear coat, you won't improve on that at all.
With all the certs. you must have just to warrenty that paint job .Being a painter in this day and age is not cheap .Quit putting down the painter, you get in most cases what you pay for . I do paint jobs that last.
