Default keyed corvette

The driver side of my Vette was keyed last night from the front panel all the way to to back panel of the car. It's a brand new 08' and they keyed the car pretty deep. Any ideas on costs to have the panels re-painted? Should i have the dealer do the work?

Usually dealers are flat rate or commission.

I would try to find a "high end" body shop.

Default repair

I am assuming you were insured, so I would steer clear of dealerships they are typically about volume and not quality. I would instead research a more high end shop that deals in factory correct resto's etc as they depend on word of mouth and customer satisfaction for their repeat business. You know the old saying make a customer happy they tell a few pizz them off and they tell everyone. Best of luck with a crappy situation Mike

Dealers usually do poor repairs. They just don't care about the end result/customer like a private independently owned and operated shop. If you're going through your insurance company, you are entitled to have your vehicle repaired anywhere you like.
