I have tried more times than I can count to remove these decals with NO SUCCESS. And I have tried everything I can think of ...and that has been a lot of thinking and doing. The white turns gooey and fails to come off completely....then the typed numbers fail also. I stopped trying.

They can not be purchased....I have tried. BUT...I usually cut that section off the door and give them to the owner.

BUT..if you have the time and want to try to reproduce them...scanners/copiers now-a-days are pretty awesome. Scan it..and either make one yourself...or get a company who makes large decals/graphics make one and apply it and then possibly cover it with a clear thick tape to give it the shine needed.

1000%...or at least have GM offer to reproduce this label if you can prove that it is needed to be replaced so it DOES NOT HURT the value of that Corvette. GM has got to know that the Corvette has a strong following and anything GM can do to help keep up the value just helps them out even more. BUT...some "BOZO" behind a desk just can not get that into their thick skull. I have been waiting over SIX months for the decal that goes on the underside of the hood of a 2006 Z06...for engine information. I just do not get it....
