Default another quick question please!

i shot the base coat tonight (black) and it went on well, no bugs or junk...i know base doesn't have to be "glossy" to the eye, but there are definitely areas that are smoother and glossier than other areas...some spots look and feel kinda "dry"....is this cool? should i go ahead and shoot clear tomorrow? should i address these areas somehow? thanks, Rick

i prefer to clear over an undisturbed surface. if i color sand i will put one more coat on then seal. sand scratches can trap debris and show through clear.
