Default Rust remover.
Any brand that will adhere to vertical or up side down surfaces? This is an industrial case clamp machine 13' x 8' high.

Most rust removers are a liquid. Basically a phosphoric acid that is applied and then rinsed off with water and then dried. If you have excessive rust scale...than blasting may need to be implemented.

naval jelly is heavy bodied and works well on vertical panels.
