Crack and Gouges in SMC

Crack and Gouges in SMC
Have a crack in the right front fender of my 1979 as well as some gouges from the razor blade method of paint removal.
Looking at the following for the crack with some fiberglass mat (sorry not the best picture below, but is cracked through the fender) planning to grind out and glass front and back with Adtech Sheet Molded Formula Resin from Ecklers http://www.ecklerscorvette.com/sheet...ula-resin.html
For the Gouges on the SMC body, was looking at the Adtech Sheet Molded Formula Body Filler again from Ecklers http://www.ecklerscorvette.com/sheet...dy-filler.html
Opinions, advice?

Both are very good products. I have used them in the past. I do not use them today because I do not want to or have to pay for shipping on them...and knowing that I can use other products that work very well also...I use them instead.
