Plasti-Dip Help
I'm in need of a little help painting a clean taped off line with this stuff.
It's about technique that escapes me.
I'd like to black out the lower panel of my Z16 without damaging the original finish.
After two attempts to keep the "paint" wet before removing the tape without pulling half the paint off.......

Thanks for your reply.
What I have been doing is laying down two coats and not painting at the tape line.
Then a heavy "wet" coat near the tape line. While it's wet I pull the tape off.
I have been pulling the tape at a 45 towards the fresh paint.

At least the cleanup is easy with a power washer
Pulling a 45 back AWAY from what you applied....so it 'cuts' a clean line....or back onto itself as I wrote.
