Temperature-Layup ??
I done a couple of layups yesterday (Using West Systems) my shop temp was about 65 degrees with the layups about 75% cured. I used some localized heat also.
My heater quit (overnight) and the temp dropped to about freezing, I feel that the thinner layups were cured, should I consider the thicker layups bad and start over?

I do not know what you mean by 'thinner lay ups' and 'thicker lay ups'. You are not telling me(us) anything. How many layers and of what type of material...such a ounce and half fiberglass matt, etc????
Apply some heat to the area and it should finish curing out if you are concerned.
Getting your shop a little bit hotter would be helpful....but being below ambient air temp(70F-85F)...it may take a little bit longer to cure...and I do not know what you are doing and where you are doing it so I can not advise much more.
