ANY liquid will soak into fiberglass if it is left on the panel long enough.

SO....YES...if brake fluid is left on a panel long enough...it can migrate into the fibers.

I would wash it off and move on. Not meaning to be a smart@ss. That is all you can do...UNLESS you want to start stripping off material and seeing if you got any penetration of the brake fluid into the body material.

Not having a photo to go off of and being able to see what you are seeing....I can not add any more that what I have. I do not know how your interior panel is protected with a paint or undercoating or if it is raw exposed body material.

I do not want to tell you to use a solvent or other material...due to ...once again...not knowing what it looks like. I am commenting on this kinda 'blind'.

Wash it off with water...that is all you can do. Using lacquer thinner, acetone or brake cleaner is up to you and if you do...test a small spot first. And taking any and all steps to ensure your safety are OBVIOUS.
