What to expect form body shop?
I have a front ground effect that has dark grey paint in great shape, and a brand new rear wing that is in white gel I want to get painted to match my dark green car.
What is needed to paint each?
I also have a hood scoop that is black gel from the shop and needs paint, what gets used to plug the bolt on holes?

You title has 'body shop' written in it. So why do you need to know what is needed??? IF a body shop is going to paint it...they know what is needed. Things like sandpaper, primer, paint, sealer, clearcoat, tape, masking paper, etc.
Without a photo of these 'holes'...as you wrote I can not comment because I need to see these holes....and where they are located.
I do know that the color will more than likely need to be tinted to attempt to get the color close you what you have now on the car.

It would be nice to have a good photo so I can see the holes...where they are located...what they are close to in regards to any understructure, etc.
I am 'flying blind' here without being able to see what you are seeing.
