On the doors of the 58 corvette from the front wheel to th doors there a stencil to pint this design on the doors

Honestly I do not know because if they did make one I probably would not buy it because I know how to apply tape and I could mask it off much faster that wrestling around with a template/stencil.

I use the 3M blue vinyl tape and run in HALF the distance of the width of the molding.
