Default Front Bumper Removal

Need to remove the front urethane bumper cover from 75 for repainting. Previous replaced it several years ago. Problem is I removed 10 bolts but AIM shoes 14. The 4 I can’t see are in the center of the bumper, how do you get at them?

With an extension. Nothing needs to be removed to get to them. You have to reach up and feel for them.

Just went out in the garage and felt for the nuts and low and behold I found them. Only took about an hour to get them off. Thanks for the help!

Removed all 14 nuts and any retainers and still cannot remove the cover, it’s loose but the top edge and top corners won’t co e off. Can only separate it with bondo plastic spreaders then it closes back up. You can pull on the bottom and wicket the cover but it won’t pull off. Any suggestions?

If all you removed was 14 nuts...you still need to remove the bolts at the bottom..and the front license plate frame if it is still attached.

I did that first Dub but forgot to mention it. The real problem was the 2 bolts that were blind, one on each top corner of the bumper were the upper brace is.
They AIM diagram did not show any bolts in that area and could not feel anything on the back side. I was able to seperate the cover from the body enough to slide the blade of Fein Multimaster blade in the opening and cut the bolt, that freed the cover up and I was able to pull it back 1/2 inch. Tomorrow I will hopefully remove it. I could not find any reference to those 2 bolts anywhere.
Thanks for your interest!
