Shaking Like A Mojo
I went with my brother to pick up his heavily modded c-5 last month. He had me sit in the Beast and feel the cam lope at idle and i fell in love. So when i got home i got to work on my beast (99 honda accord.)
I am here to report that I have achieved the same lope as he had by simply removing one spark plug. However i am experiencing major backfire up through the injectors and against the windshield as we speak. Anyone have any insight please feel free to chime in..lol. Im still on the fence thinking of adding a 10 shot of Nos however im wondering if a VTEC block with approx. 154,000 miles will handle the pressure. Im also looking to tub the front driverside wheel to accomadate a slighly used Nitto drag slick that i was able to pick up for a nice penny thanks to a forum member
cant wait till the weather breaks so i can time this sled. ps if anyone knows where i can find a (one) electric cutout please feel free to chime in. Im also on the fence thinking of shooting a gallon of so of winter green base coat clear coat to wake up the new BF Goodrich tires that i just mounted on this sled....once its all done im thinking of driving this masterpiece to cali to have some bling bling installed.....
