Call cartek in NJ with experience on the Mufflex system or the stainless works system. They have experience with both and can give you an unbiased opinion

Just had A&A in Oxnard , CA install the complete SW system , from their 1 7/8" headers on back on my 441 CID N/A Z06. There are SEVERAL fitment isues and it took them over 10 hours to install. This thing comes in about 30 pieces! Mufflers hang below the rear quarter panels and are VISIBLE. I'm Very disappointed all the way around. Realized absolutely ZERO gains coming from the Kooks/Borla Stinger setup that was on the car before. Also, the mufflers sound like 60's friggin' glasspaks! Andy called for assistance, and I still believe they haven't called him back! Having Andy rip this garbage off and switch back to my Good Ole' Borla's. Would not recommend this system to anyone! I would really like to see Borla make a 3" catback.

Don't feel bad, I went from stock manifolds and cats to Melrose headers/high flow cats, and had nil to zero gain.

Default LAPD 3" exahust

I have the LAPD 3" exhaust system and I picked up 24HP and 8TQ over stock cat back and it sounds fantastic. I made the choice after listening to High RPM's system and seeing the power gains on a LAPD Z06 heads and cam set-up.
