dyno in 3rd or 4th gear?

dyno in 3rd or 4th gear?
i have been getting different awnsers, i had mine dynoed in 4th, but some locals have been saying that 3rd is what it should be, and that will change numbers? is this true?

MN6? 4th gear. One thing about 4th is that the acceleration is slower so any valve train harmonics will show up better to let you know if you have any issues that require attention.
