Just picked up my car today from Tony's Corvette Shop in Gaithersburg, MD. I highly recommend that you take your car there for mods, they really know what they are doing and not to mention really nice guys. The dyno lab is amazing... I was expecting a dyno sheet but instead handed me a dyno book with my name on the cover! 4 different dyno sheets and 4 other pages of explanations.
The mods I had done were:
Callaway Honker
Corsa Indys w/3.5 Pro Tips and Xpipe
Performance Dyno Tune
Also had every fluid changed.... 8 of them.
They didn't do an actual baseline of my car... instead used the SAE Corrected scale of 291 HP on an M6 at the rear wheels. They said I was probably making around 300 HP.
My final results were:
326 RWHP (from 291)
344 RWTrq (from 297)
384 FWHP (from 350)
404 FWTrq (from 375)
Needless to say, I'm happy about these numbers. The car feels and sounds great!

Looks to me that you may have a valve train stability issue. You may want to discuss with them, and if so, upgrade the valve springs to Z06 springs. Just want to make sure you don't float a valve and hit the piston, and I don't want to alarm you either, but I would ask what they think. That dip looks very much like a valve spring harmonic.

Thanks for the info.... I'm gonna call them tomorrow.
Any feedback from the shop?
I'm getting ready to have my car tuned there and now I have some concerns that they would over look something like that?
I called them yesterday and explained that a few people were concerned with the dip @ 5500 on my dyno sheet. Keith, who is the tuner, said that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He said he sees that on a lot of C5's with mild mods like just an intake and exhaust like mine. My car is simply making it's peak at 5400rpm. If I did heads/cam, headers etc... it wouldn't dip like that. The dyno they have there is way different than any dyno I've ever seen, it's possible I'm getting a really accurate reading of what my car does. Also if you look at my dyno sheet, the dip looks worse than it is due to the increments they use.... HP in increments of 25 instead of 50 like most dyno sheets.
The way I look at it is he could easily have said I have a problem and try to get more money from me but instead, he said I have a great car! I'm not too concerned, the car runs amazingly and sound just as amazing.... I'm happy with their performance.
