Default Dyno before Header install
2003 Vert. 6speed Corsa catback,blackwing,tune 330rwhp at present.Will be adding Kooks Long tubes and tune.Hope to gain 20-25HP.Is this realistic?

You should be right about 350+ RWHP and 340+ RWTQ after your done!

This is becasue of what my buddies Vette did with the similar set-up!

Those are pretty big numbers for just a Blackwing and exhaust. Mine did 305 if I remember correctly. Which dyno was this?

318rwhp with blackwing and exhaust,then 330rwhp after tune on a Dynojet. TTPerformanc did the tune and the tuner said the car was putting down very good numbers.Headers are next and a re-tune. The HP gains do show up very well on the street i can assure you. LT

350 rwhp is doable, I agree with the above.

Nice color by the way. We should grab a brew sometime. My sweetheart lives in Little Falls, so I'm crusing past you often. I occasionally grab a few cold ones with another MSG owner in PA, just so we can park them together.

Nice #'s for sure. notice any difference in your gas mileage on the hwy? just wondering if its noticable

I think i may have picked up 1 or 2 mpg if im cruising on the highway.

I think those number are right on. I had longtubes, blackwing, and ghl exhaust tuned by LAPD at 355 rwhp. I don't remember the torque off hand but it was pretty close to the hp.

mine is a 2001 vert 6sp
same exhaust - corsa cat back
same intake - Blackwing
also used a hand tuner
Dyno shows 332 rwhp; 345 torque

I am also looking at Headers.
I would like Kooks, but the Dynatech are about $400 cheaper, then could spend the money elsewhere....... thoughts
