It should add some punch with that blower. I'd like to hear about the results.

Any ideas what the 100mm maf would for for a heads/cam/fast intake 346?

The stock MAF is supposed to be good for 500 FWHP. But, I really don't know. You might ask Bruce at Powermax, he'll be straight with you.

I just noticed it's a MIL-SPEC quality MAF. Bruce is building my forged LS3, the Compstar crank and rods are coming in this week. I can't wait...

I replaced my WB 02 sensor and wanted to try it out. WOT from 60mph almost instantly went to 100kpa. The Vararam picked up 2kpa from the dyno and I've never had more than 97kpa with any of my engines under any conditions with the stock MAF. More proof the 100mm makes a difference?

SD is "cool" but the MAF's job is to optimize the tune based on current air density.
If you take away that tool the PCM will give you it's best guess without that valuable info.
Even in FL you will have more days than not, when performance will less than optimum. In fact it will be best at the moment the SD tune is done.
Car manufacturers do not throw unnecessary components into the controls scheme.

Is the tuner having trouble getting it to idle right?

No the car isn't back together yet. It goes on the 15th. My problem is I need at least a 2 bar tune and possibly a 3 bar.
