c5 computer check engine light

c5 computer check engine light
New borla cat back and mass airflow sensor installed now check engine light comes on every so often . I did reset computer worked for a while but after new navigation system check engine light is on again . Plan to disconnect battery again to see if it helps, any suggestions

Should be in C5 tech.
Navi is aftermarket yes? Otherwise you need to be in C6 tech.
You need to run a list of codes to help us out more here.
Clear the DIC and while holding down "options" button, press "fuel" button 4 times and your pcm codes will be listed.
Without more info, we're flying blind here.
