Lots of new bests recently so im bumping this up again

I achieved my goal of elevens with nothing but bolt-ons, an improvement of 8 tenths over my first time out this season.

11.958 @ 115.06 on a 1.773

Hoping to capture the non-z06 C5 bolt-on record next season

Nice shifting fool. You bettered my intake/catback time by a tiny bit over 2 tenths, and 3-4mph. I was on runflats though I really need to get a new full time job so I can get this tranny issue fixed, run a tire, and shoot for 12.40's.

you gotta break 13.0 before you can get to 12.4

How about a gentleman's wager to 12.5 for next year?

(look at me talkin smack when I've only been to the track twice )

Haven't got any good runs this year 10.1@144 clutch was toast as soon as I hit 2nd gear. Fixed the clutch Issue and go out to a track with a 30 mph head wind and turn down the nitrous 10.6@147 with 2.X 60 foot on the first pass but the track couldnt hold when I put the full shot. Done for 2008, 2009 will be easy 9's at 15XMph.

My best pass for 2008

2002 ZO6
60' 1.825
330' 5.058
1/8th 7.738
1/8th 90.85mph
1000' 10.027
1/4 11.975
1/4 116.01mph

Only mods are Haltech Venom CAI and set of 275-40-17 Nitto DRs.
Got some new M/T DRs for Christmas, so hopefully I can get my 60' time down solidly in the mid to lower 1.7s. I think the car should be able to pull a good high 11.7x or low 11.8x as it sits.

Going to Houston Raceway Park tonight, The DA should be very good tonight with this strong coldfront.

My DD '97 original stock longblock A4 with stock 2:73 differential Arctic White had several bests at Gateway International Raceway in 2008.

Intake bolt-on mods are a Callaway "honker" and a LS6 intake.
Exhaust mods are TTS LTs with a Corsa X pipe; I put cut-outs on the stock mufflers.

Other mods include a 2800 PI Vig TC, 160 stat, 8.5 wires NGK plugs.

1. 1st time out on 3-22-08 (41 F) the car went 12.223 @ 111.06.
(Brett Kepner snapped this photo that was in Vette Magazine.)

2. 8-19-08, new MSD 8.5 wires & NGK-TR6 plugs = NB 12.197 @ 111.94

3. After a Dyno-tune on 8-26-08 by Performance-By-Joe the car runs in the 11's .
Best of 2008 is 11.939 @ 114.86 on 11-1-08; temperature was 69 F.
