How about a thread to celebrate everyones Best times for this year. I am done for the year because cooler track surface temps just decrease the already short supply of traction!!
My car is a stock bottom end LS1 with 152,000 miles and a maggie. American Racing Headers, high flow cats, corsa mufflers. Car makes
429 RWHP.
Best Time 11.74
MPH 116
60' 1.67
I will attack the 1320 next year.
Cheers everyone, let's see all those new PB's from 2008!

My season just started (Nov - March). 480\427 tq. 390 gear
First full run was a 10.66 @ 129 with a 1.47 sixty foot.
NA 383 Stroker, Full interior, Stock suspension, thru Stock mufflers.
If no better air by Christmas..that is it for 2008
My best thus far is a 12.119 @ 114.54 on a 1.740 sixty, but I'm hoping to best it by at least .120 this Sunday!!!
Good times for that MPH JOn! I hope you get that
.120 this weekend, I fought that barrier this last spring and finally had to have my tuner work his magic and get me a little bit mo with timing. When I saw 12.0@ 116 I knew it would break through.
That night it finally did.
13.033 @ 113.8
2.36 60'
I was only able to make the one run because the tranny got stuck in 4th gear! Oh well, I'm waiting on the rest of my h/c/i stuff to arrive then get it installed and hopefully get one more shot this year!
