another 9.98 this time tommy from anger management was driving.after hitting a 10.02 first time down tom did burnout for second try. pulled upto lights launched snap broken output. we pushed car back to pits and tom had a shaft out of another car that had blown rear earlier ,robs shaft out and the other in about 10 to 12 minutes and then went back and ran the 9.98. amazing effort that change was worthy of a 9's slip. done with hand tools and one battery impact drill you and troy de mens

Congrats to both of you...... it was a half shaft then not a output shaft???? Changing a halfshaft in 12min's is damn impressive! Changing a output shaft in 12min's is well not sure what you would call it but scarey!!!!! IMO! LOL!

if you check around on the computer on some vendor sites some call it output shaft and some call it half shaft. either way whens its broken you got the shaft.
What was the temp out that day down there? I'm debating going to cecil tomorrow but the high is going to be around 37-39deg's and i'm afraid of what the top end of the track is gonna be like. Atco preps their track alot better then most and this was a rental so they probably sprayed the entire track to make sure you guys were safe

Atco did an amazing job thanks to Joe Sway, Kevin, and Brian.
The temps were 35-38 with intermittent flurries and a 29.99-30.04 barometer.
The air got much better by 4:30 on as the barometer went up, the skies cleared and the wind died completely.
The evening session had it best with great prep, rubber, air, and all the runs runs they wanted for $15.
