Well I got the NOS kit hooked up and the bugs worked out, except the upgrade on the fuel system I now need, and it all went well. Started the day off going to Williams Performance to get the nitrous tuned in. Found out real quick that my 125 shot became a 70 shot! Had to jet the fuel side way to high to support it (NOS 55 nitrous jet, 47 fuel jet). Dyno ended up with 511/497 with the A/F about 11.5 to be safe. Mind you I'm still on a bone stock tranny! Set the FJO to come in at 50% @ 3400 RPM's and ramp to 100% @ 4000 RPM's. First pass I peeled off a 6.91 @ 101. Second pass I changed the ramp rate to 75% @ 3000 RPM"s, blew the tires off and run a 7.0 @ 100. Last pass, with the bottle going low, ramped it in to 100% at 3000 RPM's and squeaked out a 6.83 @ 100. With a built tranny and the right fuel mods it will run 6.50's EASY in the 1/8th on a 125 shot! Cool thing is that it leaves oh so smooth! (tranny is living on borrowed time!)
Nice #'s!! Is you kit wet or dry? Reason i ask is b/c I just found out my 125 wet kit was only about 90whp, running very rich. I had to lower my fuel jet way down to get my AFR right, but did not have any larger nitrous jets to get the hp up. I am running a Zex 30 fuel/64 nitrous. AFR was 11.8 (still a little on the rich side), and my gain was ~90whp/115tq.

Dry kits don't have a fuel jet, so his kit is a wet system.

It's a wet kit (NOS LS2 Plate). We chased the fuel around and around! I kept having to go buy jets but we got it dialed in. Ended up with about a 70 shot when it was all said and done (NOS 55 nitrous and a 47 fuel). Picked up 68rwhp and 105rwtq on the dyno and a little more than 4/10ths at the track. I just need my tranny to hold through Pinks next week!
Congrats on the new best, I don't think I'll be back racing until fall. Definitely don't want to break again until after the summer and I get to drive the car some.
103 is rolling pretty good, I hope Im over 100+ consistently after the new clutch and headers.
