I just picked up a 99 c5 vert a couple weeks ago and I'm going to make a few changes. I'm doing ls6 cam & springs, ls6 intake, SLP UD pulley and I will be tuning it. The car already has gutted cats, Borla stingers and Varram intake. Other than that the car is a stock m6.
What do you think it will put down on a dynojet with this list of mods?
Hopefully the stock clutch can handle the changes.
That thing is gonna dyno like 268rwhp JUNK! Leave that poor car alone!!!! GEESH! Good news is i'm gonna have cheapoh $49.95 dyno day coming up with wideband o2.
What are your goals? If you plan on making a lot of power down the road..i would not do the LS6 cam. You would regret going that small on a cam and if your not doing it yourself your just wasting the money on install cost...

I was thinking it would only hit about 225rwhp so now you have my hopes up. LOL Let me know when the dyno day is and maybe I'll ride up to hang out.

My goal is to have the performance of a stock z06 in my convertible. This is my daily driver and I have plenty of other go fast toys. I had a ls6 cam in my turbo truck and it did great so that's what I'm going to use. I could go with a bigger cam but then driveabilty goes down and the clutch will probably poop itself the first day.
I will be installing and tuning myself so that's not an issue.
