Fast 102 on a C5 ??

Default Fast 102 on a C5 ??
I know there is a thread on who is upset with there 102 fitment on the C5 but I'm wondering who has fit the 102 without problems. Without modifications to the motor mounts, cradle or the cowl.

So...if your one of the few who have, could you reply and maybe post a pic of the clearance you have.

Andrew - 94Z28Racecar has a 102 on his 03 Z06... It fits fine.

Katech had a thread on here about 4-6mths ago where they installed a Fast102, headers and tune on a stock C5 and got impressive results. Maybe you should give them a call.

I have a Fast 102 on my 03z. It is a very tight fit. I picked up about 25rwhp and 15rwtq over the stock LS6 intake. Also have a 90t/b.

Thanks for the replies guys.....As you guys are probably aware of, there is a thread in the C5 Tech section reguarding the MIS-fitment of the Fast 102 on the C5.

My 102 is sitting on the tool box awaiting the return of my heads...again.

It would be nice if we could nail down the correlation between the cars that the 102 fits and the cars that do not. It maybe as simple as a valley cover to bottom of cowl measurement.

For the guys wanting to up the ante in the HP world the 102 is a serious option. So we need to figure out WTF is going on with this product and the C5 cars.

Maybe start a poll...

Installed the Fast 102 with no issues.

Installed the FAST 102 and had to perform other mods to make it fit.

Tony Mamo had issues with the bottom of the 102 hitting the supplied button head allen bolts. He had to install counter sunk bolts for the valley cover.
