No, blowers actually ARE legal if you use a CARB approved kit. I think I'll be happy with just a mild cam and maybe heads though. My days of being a street terror are over.

Both PROCHARGER and VORTECH (A&A's set-up) are California legal, with the sponsoring C.A.R.B tag - so 500-550 RWHP are easily achieved on a stock motor.
