Well I gotta say running on a 19 inch street tire wasn't one of my brightest ideas ever but, I was itching to finally see what this thing could do. Temps were probably 78-80 degrees during the three runs,
First was 8.22 @ 92 mph with an awesome 2.39 60ft.
second was 7.9 @ 94.8 mph with a less humliating 2.17 60ft
Third(only slip I can find):
I'm running a 285/40/19 korean tire @ 30psi... =\ 560rwhp\480tq
3.15 gears launching at 2000rpm
What gains do you think could be had from M\Ts and the 100% meth I'll be running after I get my car back friday. I'm gonna run the 305/35/18 and probably run GTO spares up front once I see how the car acts with meth and the ricey sounding tial im getting put in now I'm hoping to crack pretty close to 600rwhp with my new tune.. You guys think I'll be enough to trap 100mph & sub sevens in the 1/8th with the 3.15s? I sure hope so.. cause It seemed like I was stuck at 94 lol anyway These have been my first three passes since the car was full exhaust only. It feels like its moving well. Hopefully its just the street tires holding me back from what I want. Thanks everybody, your imput is appreciated.
i just went this past Wednesday for my first time. i have a very similar power level to you. im running MT ET's 305/35/18's with heavy c6z06 replica wheels. with a good launch etc i should crack 100mph in the 1/8th
only difference is i have a manual car with 3.90's, maybe weight, my car came in at 3525lb's with me in it (im about 225)

You guys could use smaller rims so you have more sidewall to flex when you launch. 16 & 17 inch work great on the vettes. ET Streets and Hoosiers seem to cut the best sixty foot times
My A4 NA car runs between 97-98 in the 1/8 mile. It is a 346 and nowhere near 560 at the wheels. Probably a good 100 hp less.
Were you ever able to even get full throttle? 94 mph is way off I would think.
StealthFRC numbers are closer.
By all means get some Z06 fronts (for the rear) and the 275/40/17 MT or Hoosier drag radials and try again. You really need to have your foot on the floor from start to finish. Or at least have it on the floor just a ways out.
I've been drag racing for 35+ years, and if you can't mat the thing off the line, you are just fooling around.
Many of things can effect mph...gearing, shift speed etc. Being that centri superchargers make boost with rpm, they don't make near as much average power when comparing just peak numbers unless they run a restrictor plate. You're hole shot isn't much better at 2k rpm as you're not making more power and may not even be able to put it down on street tires when you do start to make more. Is your clutch possibly slipping?

Well I was spinning like crazy even when I did try and flat foot it, I also left that tcs on my last run so I guess it helped out a bit lol. I had it down all the way after I would quit spinning, but I had to get on\off WOT off the line.

I've got an A4 with a 2800 stall.
I'm now making 600/490 with an alky control kit, and I switched up to a Tial 50mm. with some Hoosier 315/R18s What times do you guys think that SHOULD make? 1/4th and 1/8th. I'm gonna try and launch at 2500 atleast once.. I still have a stock rear with 3.15s.. so hopefully it wont break before I get this z06 rear with the hard half shafts in.
best one from tonight holy craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap I spun worse with the DRs well I did crack a 1.77 60ft one pass, but started spinning further down.. this any better?

Yes to me that is a lot better. Your trap speed is getting to be where it should be for your power level. That 1.77 60ft time would have been an awesome run if it didn't start spinning on you. I think if I'm not mistaken, for every tenth that you can knock off of your 60ft time equals to about 2 tenths off of your ET.
