If you are a track regular then go with the puck style discs, they are a little more "on/off" as to be expected, but that's racing. We have had several cars in the 1.3/1.4's by now.

After talking to Chris several times, he talked me into the Monster Twin organic. Not sure if you know he doesn't work there any longer. Anyway, he swears it will cut 1.4 sixty's and drive awesome on the street. We shall see.

Organic for race use? That's not typically not two words that go together, but I'm sure they have it figured out.

Well with my history of bad luck clutches, I will have it pulled back out in 12 months anyway

We do!

We've got a few of these going 1.4x's, that's hard to beat with stock drivability.

Plus, one year warranties are always a plus, even with abuse.

You feel the organic will have longevity for drag strip usage? I don't mean a few passes, but long term? Drive ability is great though, that's for sure.

Absolutely, without question. As long as the end user is staying at or under our rwhp/rwtq rating they'll be fine.

You won't regret it Bob...if I was recommending you a race clutch it wouldn't be organic, but I know your goals and power level as well as your usage on the street and it fits the bill dare I say perfectly.

Wish you were closer so we could run together!

Yeah Texas to Fla is a long haul...lol.

I drive 90% street so if it can hold up to that, I will be happy.

Haha, that it is and MIR isn't middle ground unfortunately.

A clutch is like a camshaft and there is no one size fits all of course as there is always a trade off, but this one covers the widest range with the least amount of compromises of any that I know of on the market.

Rxt is a great clutch.

I made over 250 drag passes last year with zero trouble.

Did I mention I hate clutches.

250....That is a sh** load of passes on one clutch if your getting low sixty foot times.

I think Gary is up there too, not sure if he is at 200 passes yet, but I would bet all his are lower than 1.5 sixty's.

Didn't think Mantic offered organic in their twins... doesn't surprise that you wouldn't recommend that. I do indeed know what I'm doing.

If the unit has a warranty I'm not sure why he'd spend money elsewhere?

Mantic offers an organic for twin and triple disc clutches, we just do not sell many because the cerametallic feels like most others organic so there's no negative to using it. Even the full race clutches feel like most others street clutches IMHO. Not meaning your product of course, I have no experience with them.

I know you don't, but I've got experience with Mantics.

I'll let this one die out since I don't want to just crap on the OP's thread and we've voiced our responses.

I have plenty of experience with Monster also, just being polite. Plenty of business for everyone, be well.
