Cam is way too big for the cubes, but this same dyno has seen no more than 380whp out of any head/cam A4 C5. Its a dynojet but runs proper numbers for what the cars do that leave the shop, not a ego booster dyno.

Built 4L60E & a fully built 3:73 with DTE parts in the mix, thing went 7.1 @ 102.76mph at a 1/8th mile track, TC is too tight & putting in a custom triple disc from FTI here next week to make it 60' like it should. The PTC in it now is leaving at a whopping 2400rpm.

Which is exactly what you want. Real world numbers.
How does it drive?
Have a decent torque converter?

Drives like butter thanks to Kyle Lindeman of KLtunes work. New TC next weekend as stated above.

So you prefer the Fti unit over a yank?

Any particular reason why?

I've used FTI on my last car & had great results with them. Secondly I chated with quite a few manufacturers about my needs and FTI was the only one confident that could make me a unit that would flash to 3600-3800 rpm on motor & handle a 300 shot of nitrous without blowing through the TC. Few buddies have used them on a couple builds too and first try they've always done what we've wanted.

Hoping so, cars a dog out of the hole now, I'd expect to pick up a 1/2 second easy. We sprayed as low as 2800rpm and it had to move out 20ft before the shot kicked in. Hoping it does a ton for the car.

My Yank 3600 flashes to 3800 as seen in the logs.
I leave at 1700 or so.

Watching and subscribed since this is almost identical to my setup except I'm running FI instead of the NOx.

Wound up freshening up the top end over winter, springs/retainers/locks/shims and made 412rwhp & 397rwtq now. Guess my springs were weak to say the least, at the hit were +40rwtq, converter is much happier now.

You made an extra 15rwhp and almost 30 on your torque just by changing the springs? or is this the new converter numbers?

This was a change in valve springs/shims/retainers/locks, mechanically the engine is much quieter. We did switch over to speed density but that shouldn't change anything power wise. We also found some leaky intake gaskets in the mix that we changed also, thing hits much harder than before on motor. Hoping we can bring the 60' down to the 1.5-1.4 range on motor.
