Default To mill or not to mill?

Today I purchased a set of new afr 210s fully ported with the standard 66cc chambers I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place on whether or not to mill them. I eventually will be FI but don't know where the CR threshold is for 10-14# is? Let's hear some pros and cons guys.

If going boosted, I wouldn't mill them. You will just end up reducing timing down the road to combat knock.
Well, unless you plan on E85 or race fuel.
I guess the other option would be to mill now and replace Pistons for lower CR and forged later.
