Kooks has done me well on previous cars as well as the zo6 I just bought. 1 3/4 is more than enough for 99% of the ls1 based cars.

ARH hands down. You need a tune. It completely changes the AFR and you will throw a code.

I like Kooks, too. Very easy to install.
Agree with the others - you will need a tune.

You'll generally see that ARH, LG, and Kooks are the popular choices on here. You probably can't go wrong with any of the three.

I broke the mold and bought Borla's headers. They're a few hundred bucks cheaper than those above, and aren't available with cats, but I made great power with them. My builder said install was just like a set of LGs, nice and easy.

Check out speed engineering. Great products and very reasonably priced (no corvette tax)

Op, in my honest opinion ARH are one of the best headers we have installed on every platform of vehicle. The fit, finish and the quality are top notch all the way.

A tune is recommended when you add something like the headers.

We have tons and tons of customers come down from New York to get builds with us.

If you are interested in getting a quote on Headers, Install or the tuning please Pm me and I can get you a quote.

Hpa is Dealers for TSP, ARH, Kooks, Stainless works, Borla
