I installed a Vararam CAI and a LS6 intake manifold on my stock 99 C5, and thought I would post dyno results for anyone considering these upgrades. My baseline befor the install was 292 HP and 305 Torque. On the first pull before any tuning was done I made 305 HP with 322 Torque. After the tune I got to 310HP and 324 Torque. These gains were pretty consistent throughout.
Nice Gains! I have a 99 with the ls6 intake manifold and a Calloway Honker so hopefully I'm around the same ballpark lol
I went back and forth for about a month between the Honker and Vararam. I never found a definitive answer on which was better, I bet your gains are just as good as mine.
