Borla s type ll not loud enough
I recently installed a borla stype ll catback which has the larger muffler along with an xpipe. It sounds decent outside the car but inside its quite inside and doesnt have the deep growl i was looking for out of it. I do daily drive it 70 miles a day and start the car at 2am most days of the week. Im considering removing the cats because i dont think it would be obnoxiously loud with how quiet it is now. What are my options? Any thoughts and options are greatly appreciated.

Thats great news, I thought it would good opened up. What headers/resonators did you go with and hows the smell?

I bought the cheap ebay kit that came with headers, resonators, and x pipe for $400, the smell is stronger than a car with cats, but doesn't bother me at all. Can't smell anything inside with the windows up and only smell it when ur stopped with the windows down. Not that big of a deal to me.
