See sig for what I did in this regard. I only notice any chatter if I use really low revs on launch. I'm now approaching 1K on it, no issues. Never had the shakes soem people are describing. I suspect a lot of it has to do with the whole package.
Balance is important. I bought the whole thing as an assembly, and it was balanced as such (cost me 750), so that may have been a factor in not having any shakes and shudders. I autocross very frequently, and it is definitely a help there.
As far as learnign to drive it again ... that maybe took about 10 miles? It didn't feel that different. I suspect some of that comes from most people moving to a non-stock-feel clutch at the same time. My new clutch feels just like stock.
I say if you do it, go for a new clutch at the same time given the costs. Also consider any other mods that involve taking the exhaust and/or torque tube and/or rear diff at the same time as all of them come down. You could save some money on labor by combining those upgrades, if you were to do them.
what do you mean by "learn how to drive it again"? ie:fast/slower clutch release, high/lower rpm,
It's really not that big a deal... Just raise your RPM's by 2 - 300 higher than with the stock flywheel. Then you can take off normal, no chatter. I've had mine for over 2 years, love it and wouldn't go back.

Re: Light Flywheel (JR04Z06)
I have one. No chatter at all, and it does rev a bit faster. The clutch/flywheel was bought as a package and balanced together. I had to relearn driving because of the dual disc clutch. The plates engage a bit differently.
From which manufacturer did you purchase your clutch and flywheel? What product did you buy (ie Spec 3 or 2, 12.5lb flywheel or ?) Would you do it again or not? I'm shopping right now and would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
I got mine form Xtreme (see vendor links). See sig for what I got, they made the original clutch. Paid 750, IIRC. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat. It'll hold IIRC 525 pound-feet of TQ.
