Friend had a '99 FRC with twin filter intake, Eckler's modified MAF, and Borla cat-back race system and with nothing else tampered with he ran 12.68@113.9 mph in a mild day on stock tires. He ran 12.37 @ 114 mph with 315 BFG DRs on ZR1 rims in a cool night and 1.76 sec. 60'. That car had to be a ringer.
It's really just a question of what you consider a bolt-on.. Is a blower considered a bolt-on ??

Well, 'bolt on only' is a pretty clear cut definition and consists of almost anything that incorporates stock internals (factory stock block, heads and cam) and naturally aspirated only. I would think that stock style suspension and mounting points etc are also included.
