I installed the basic 3 piece set and they really cut down on the road and noise.
Same and 100% agreed.
I noticed that in my fairly quiet 5:30AM morning commute my radio volume was significantly lower than before. Normally I'd have it at 1/3-1/2 up on my 2LT, and now it's at 1/3, *max*.
Your mentioning 2 products. So I'll explain them both..
The Blockit "Quick and quiet" is a 3 piece kit. All 3 pieces lay over/on top of the carpet. Not under it.
However you mentioned DeadMats. That product is made to go under the carpet. That product is a cut, peel stick application.
The product is thin so no issue with puffing up the carpet.

Depends on what you ordered and when.
They typically go out pretty quick. We shipped some of the "Quick & Quiet" Coupes systems last week but unfortunately we sold out again. So its possible yours could have shipped. However we were already having them made. They are done and another batch is coming in and orders are shipping Monday.
If you ordered the Convertible, they are in stock and again could be on its way.
Its Saturday and after hours (closed) so I don't have any of your info but I'll be glad to help out if you call in on Monday.

I installed the 3 piece system and finally got a chance to do a test drive this evening. I was very pleasantly surprised how well it worked as the improvement was immediately noticeable. The noise level inside the cabin was reduced and I had to lower the radio volume since it was so much easier to hear. I can still hear the nice sound of the engine & exhaust, but without the annoying road noises. Very pleased with this purchase.
Do you currently have both the Blockit DeadMats - Behind Seat Add On Kit For the C7 AND the 2016 Blockit "Quick & Quiet" Drop In Noise Deadening Mats in stock?

I have a question about the installation of the Blockit DeadMats that goes UNDER the factory carpet behind the seat areas
For the Blockit DeadMats pieces that are placed on the top of the waterfall how far over the curve (on the hatch side) should it go? Should the pieces cover all the way to the hatch floor (indicated by the red line) or just over the top of the round (indicated by the yellow line)?
Good question as I ordered the extra pieces as well. Looks like there is barely enough material to cover that area.
Also, after installing the material behind the seats where should the two pieces that would go behind seats on top of the carpet now go? Just use them as double coverage I guess?

Each DesadMat sheet is 18"x 32" There are 2 sheets included in your kit which is plenty to cover the areas behind both seats.
Once the carpet is up, you can measure and see where to cut and place. Obviously stay off the seals & sensors.
The DeadMats are awesome at damping. You have plenty of material but you could even place large strips if you wanted and get great results too.
As for the 2 pieces that go over the carpet (which come with the 3 piece Quick & Quiet system), yes you can also place those behind the seat over the carpet the way the were designed to go. Its totally up to you.
