door latch or switch?

Default door latch or switch?
How do I know if my door switch is bad or the solenoid is bad?
I press door switch window indexes but door is not released.
any part numbers or pricing for these two parts.

Why don't you swap out passengers to drivers and see what happens, it only takes few minutes to swap, two screws.
This way you will know if it pad, which you can buy from e-bay cheap.

This what pad looks like and here is link for replacement.

There are instructions on here somewhere on how to clean the pad to made it work properly.. There's also videos on Youtube.....I cleaned mine in about 15 minites, works fine now.....WW

I cleaned one and bought a new one so that I have a spare to play with

....if not the pad then the door latch is getting lazy......not that hard to change out.....pricing on the part can vary......let us know how changing or cleaning the pads work out......

It's really kind of simple.

If the inside switch opens the door, then the outside switch is bad.

If the outside switch opens the door then the inside switch is bad.

If neither the inside or outside switch open the door, the latch is bad.
