Be advised...The ENTIRE GLOVE BOX is the door!! The "glove box", and the "door" are one in the same. The "glove box" is either open, or it is closed. You are either looking at the "inside", or the "outside". The "sticker" is inside the glove box, on the left hand side. If someone simply opens the door, and looks to the left, it is there, or there is no sticker.

I have come across two C6 that did not have a sticker, only the adhesive remnant.

Don't really understand what your not seeing. Opening the glove box this is what you see on the inside on the left side of the glove box. The next picture on a closer view shows the RPO code sticker with the codes.

Exactly! What is so hard to understand.

The codes didn't show in the earlier pic. All I could see was the GM holograms. Look at the first pic in this thread, the one you posted. Now read off some of the codes that are in that pic under the GM holograms. That was the part that I couldn't read. Lets see you read it.

Yes, that is the RPO sticker, but the water mark is something I've never seen, before . However, you can see the codes under that. You can't read them from that angle, but a different one could get you a good shot.

Thats not the point. The point was the sticker was there, in the right place. This is your comment in your earlier post;

"I've got a 2 year old 27" monitor and a pair of 2.75 reading glasses, but I'm not seeing anything that looks like an RPO tag with 50-60 RPO codes on it."

"It's also difficult to be sure what part of the glove box or dash I'm seeing."

The picture is clearly of a RPO sticker in the correct spot.

It doesn't look like an RPO sticker to me if I can't see the codes. Read off the codes to me from that pic.

The 5 C6s I had, I could read the codes from the RPO sticker.

Jeez what are you 12 years old. Do we have to explain to you you couldn't read the codes because of maybe a bad picture? Couldn't you figure that out? You couldn't see that it was a RPO sticker? Here is the same sticker, in the same car in the same place with a better picture. Do you get it now?

Finally a decent pic. Not my fault if someone didn't know how to take the pic.

Seeing a pic of GM holograms when none of my RPO stickers had one doesn't do much to tell me that's an RPO sticker.

You're the only 12-year old here. Post a bad pic and expect others to read something you've mis-photographed. I get that now.

I missed mine as well until I looked very closely with a flashlight it is to the left of the actual glove box itself on the backside of the glove box door flange which is the confusing part.

Others here have said they couldn't find it UNTIL we told them it was on the INSIDE of the glove box door and on the EXTREME LEFT SIDE of the glove box door.

Get a strong flashlight and put your glasses on and look again. If it's still not there, then someone tore it out before you got there. Go look at 20 other C6s with that flashlight and those glasses on your nose and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I will try to be nice here, do you think I do not know where my RPO tag is?

It is not "in" the glove box where the owner's manual goes. Everyone who looks and doesn't find it looks in there. The tag is plainly visible from the driver side, glove box open and look on the "outside" part of the opened glove box door, voila, there it is.

I was trying to help the OP, you were trying to disparage me (and others) trying to help.

Thank you, best illustration yet! That is what I meant by not in the glove box itself (I consider in the glove box to mean where you put the contents which is where most people look when told the sticker is in the glove box).
