2017 GS wheel decision
I've looked at several brands of forged wheels and am leaning on Areolarri Fusion in chrome. Has anyone anything to persuade me in another direction? Im definetly going with true forged only.

I went with Vossen's "hybrid forged" and haven't had any issues but I don't blame you for going fully forged. I don't have any experience with Aerolarri but they have their own parking section at Corvettes at Carlisle every year and I'm actually a little upset I didn't give them a more serious look. I love the look of some of their wheels. The Fusion's look awesome as well.

Sorry, harsh. Your car, your choice.

Not going to persuade you to something else.... My Aerolarri 2 piece are on the way to me now.
I have some friends that have their wheels on their C8's and I spent the weekend with the Aerolarri group at Carlisle last summer. As soon as I found one of my Zr1 wheels was cracked (and bent), I didn't hesitate to further explore Aerolarri and their styles. I looked at a few others, but for the price and choices, it was an easy choice.
FYI, Chet is a down to earth guy and no BS. Ask him anything and he'll tell you straight. No up selling either which was nice.
Here's a sneak peek of mine. They'll be lots more pics once they're here and mounted. 2 piece crosswinds in C7 OEM GS/Z06 sizes. Barrel is F35 Gray carbon flash metallic with black bolts. Face is black ghost glaze polished (like a black chrome)

I wanted a deeper look, and I liked having options for colors and finishes (face and barrel).
If you have an iPhone, use their app to see what the wheels can look like on your car. I have an android and the app wouldn't work. Here's a quick mock up of those wheels and my car. It was enough to give me an idea what it would look like
And these are the Zr1 wheels I have now

Yes, quality aftermarket fully-forged should be considered a part of the admission price for wide-bodies. All the best.

There a ton of forged wheels to pick from. It really depends on how much you want to spend and the style you like (from OEM style to some really wild 2 or 3 piece designs). After touring the Forgeline shop and meeting one of the owners, I went with their VX1S design. Good luck.

@ZO6LIFE Those are some sharp looking wheels. Where did you get them from and what is the wheel model?
