I’m the happy owner of a 2014 C7 2LT…Just hit 100K mark and was wondering what maintenance need’s to be done and if anyone knows of a reputable Vette mechanic in the Clearwater/ St Petersburg area here in Florida…Hate going to the dealership, although they are pretty good if I can help it…

Owner's manual would be a good start. Gives you a good base line of what GM recommends. Not knowing any of the history of your car or what maintenance you've done I'd change the spark plugs, plug wires, every single fluid, cabin air filter, engine air filter, new tires, new TPMS, new wiper blades, run a bottle of Techron through the gas tank.

Also, when you say you have an LS2 what do you mean? LS2 and C7 don't go hand in hand together.

Sorry, it’s a 2LT and I’ve had it serviced every 5000 miles at either Stingray Chevrolet in Lakeland or Maher Chevrolet in St Petersburg…Put new tires on it about 10k miles ago…I’ve gone with whatever the dealership recommends at the time of servicing…Put a Borla X pipe on it last year….

Have they ever changed any of the fluids other than oil? Typically for GM, coolant is 5yr or 100k whichever comes first. Brake fluid should be done every 2-3 years (assuming you're just doing street driving only). Differential, transmission, clutch I don't know off the top of my head or what the Owner's manual says. Diff/auto transmission I'd personally do every 30k. Manual transmission I'm not sure what the interval is for that. Clutch, I'd just do the ranger method every year or two. Also at 100k I'd replace the drive belts.

I’m thinking just take it to Chevy and let them change the fluids, plugs, transmission servicing and whatever else it needs…Was just hoping to save a few bucks by having a Vette shop rather than dealership do the work
