Here are photos of how the seat tracks are mounted to the floor.
You should have nut plates for the seat track mount bolts at the front and rear of the seat track.
It's difficult to tell from your photos exactly what we are looking at. I don't see and mount points unless they are hidden by the carpet. Perhaps take some pics from further back to give us some more perspective.

the frame and the seats are separate.
you mount the frames and the seats mount to them.
do you not have the frames?
it is still hard to tell but i do not see any mounting holes, i would pull the carpet up and a picture of the floor area

I see a body that has been pieced together or dramatically patched. All of the seat mounting holes appear to be gone. The seats you have don't look corvette to me. Did you by this as a project, or was it together? Did they just have the seats sitting in it? Somebody has some splainin to do.

I agree with Scott. The car is missing hardware for mounting the seat tracks as well as seat belts. Also missing hardware for soft top installation.
The seat shown above is not a stock 59 seat. How were the seats mounted in the car?
I've pulled together some shots of things that are missing or out of the ordinary.
Hope this is of some help.

not insurmountable but if it is missing seats and tracks as well as most of the mounting locations
you have your work cut out for you, great job on the pictures and locations.
keep us updated on the progress of the car

The round frames will not work with the stock seat frames.
If they are corvette seats springs and someone has added the round bars for strength or support you might be ablr to make them work.
I don't know enough from looking at the springs, i will post pictures of mine stripped down and perhaps you can come pare them.
where abouts are you located?

Good deals and C1 parts seldom collide in the same sentence but it could be worse, you could be looking for 53-55 parts.
