I agree. I have requested for anyone that has pics to send them to me. I want to make a book of all the photo's and a tape of all videos. I just got about 40 pics of that day that I willbe posting in just a little bit.

I agree Joe!!! We will be having at least 5 Corvettes going down south to Homestead/Miami Speedway on June 5th. Anyone that wants to go to participate or watch, PM me. I want to get a cruise down to the track and have a good turn out of vettes.

C'mon boys! You got to expect that a little on the red white & blue forum though bro!! I actually defended your car to someone else, I thing the EVO's are cool rides-and definately not w/o the "go" from the factory to back it up!! I would not be embarassed to have one at all!!

HAHA! I really appreciate the kind words. I dont want to start crap with anyone but I really dont feel that his comment was appropriate. I will leave it at that with that gentleman.
Also in regards to running you, I have seen your numbers and it will not even be a real race you would just kick my butt. I need a turbo upgrade and a lot more go fast goodies to be in your league. Your car is definetly a well put together vette!

Its all good Mangook, I owned an RX-7 then a SupraTT now a Vette - its just an evolution thing. I guess as I got older and could afford a weekend toy, I went with what I had always thought of as the pinnacle of coolness when I was growing up; a red ragtop vette. Hope you continue to support the old mans habit and I'm sure one day soon you will cruise up in your own Vette. See you guys at Friday's next weekend.

Thanks for the support. I love the corvette it's an amazing machine. I love the way my dad's car drives it's an all around amazing vehicle. Right now being 21 the insurance would of really kicked my butt. If I was to get a vette my insurance would have gone through the roof. The reason why I got the evo was because a) The evo just came out and it has always intrigued me, b) AWD down here in florida is very useful especially with all the rain we get, and c) the power that you get with the evo isnt to bad and the aftermarket support is really there since the 4g63 engine has been out so long.
I wish i could have a 98supraTT those cars are amazing and have such a strong block! They take so well to the modifications. If I may ask why did you get rid of the surpa?
When it is right in my life to have a vette I will definetly have one. I really like everything about the car and it also helps that my dad (16Again) is pretty damn handy when it comes to the car!
