ULTMTE1 + 1 for Outback on the 16th. What time is everyone meeting? I can tell you that Thursday is a very busy day for them. Usually it is a long wait if you get there after 5:00pm. Another option is to do the call ahead seating thing. That way the wait might not be too long.
