Woodbridge dynotech

July 16, 2005

- Cost is $75 for 3 pulls with 8 people. No AF ratio(no tail pipe tester).
- You can do the AF if you have wide band O2 bungs in place. If you don't know what that is then you don't have them.
- We will BBQ. I ask that EVERYONE brings a dish or item. Such as plates and napkins, meet, buns, etc... OR I can buy everything and we just split the cost even. Your choice.

I'd like to be in on this. I am away on June 25 in PA for a week but have nothing on the calendar in July.

I do have the wide band bungs put in by John.

I'm not sure how much extra he would charge for the AF ratio since you have the bungs already...

Wow, his price went up. Last year we (NVCC) had 3 pulls for $60, with min. 6-8 peeps.

I can't do Sat. June 25th but can do July 2, 16, or 23.

July 2 is the weekend of the 4th, so everyone should have other plans of some kind. But maybe not.

16 or 23, either is good for me. Pick em.

I talked to Robin and she would like to do the dyno thing also. So add one more car. We still don't prefer one day over the other day, so it's up to other people.

any date is good. like to dyno something else from the stable though.

the lsv is played there. how about sniffing some alchy?

maybe the turbo buford. need to get a a/f though. I got da bung or will get it added. it's kinda not worth it otherwise. john needs to come down a bit.

let's ask him how much to rent the dyno for the day. we can do more cars and it will be cheaper that way.

75 is an OK deal, but only if he kicks in the WB.

I might spring for an innovate standalone wb if needed. need somthing like that anyway. maybe can john can weld up a bung at the same time.

that would be cool . in it either way. need to dyno something from the stable!!

Like I said in my other post in this thread, not enthused with his rather large rate increase...we (NVCC) had a dyno day last year at John's, had fewer cars, and had 3 pulls for $60. A $5ish increase I could see but not $15.

I'll still do it anyway...just a little surprised. July 16th works better for me than July 23rd, if that helps narrow it down a bit...

July 16th.

only one question though. why john sealock instead of john dega???

springfield motorsports is cheaper WITH the wideband 02 and has always treated us good.

it's a good central location too. Just my 02

The last time we went to Springfield motor sports it was 100 per car under 10 people and 75 per car if he had more then 10 people. Springfield uses the tail pipe test to measure AF ratios. I don't see how that can be accurate AFTER the gases pass through the CAT... Doesn't make any sense to me.

If you had wide band O2 bungs i don't see why john wouldn't connect the sensor to them.

John sealock is also 1000000 times more Knowledgeable then the springfield guys when it comes to vettes. He also has all the software to tune just about anything.

I'll ask him if he is willing to weld in a few bungs.

Robert

Did mike woods set up the last NVCC dyno event? That could be why the cost was $60.00.... I remember Paying $75.00 at springfield motor sports 3 years ago to dyno my Black C5. $75.00 is a fair price....
