of Spartanburg, SC invites you to:


A Fall Color Run October 22, 2005
for the Spartanburg, SC Children’s Shelter

This CFCC Fall Color Run will be about 150 miles (5 hrs +/-) of SC & NC’s most beautiful scenic roads and mountain runs with stops at Looking Glass Waterfall, Sliding Rock, a NC Trout Hatchery near Brevard, NC, Caesars Head State Park in SC, and the last covered bridge in SC.

This is not a race but a scenic Fall Color cruise.

BRING A PICNIC LUNCH FOR A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE NC TROUT HATCHERY PICNIC AREA.

The basic route – Spartanburg, SC; NC Welcome Station on I-26; Saluda, NC; Hendersonville, NC; Pisgah National Forest; Brevard, NC; Caesars Head State Park in SC; and back to Spartanburg, SC.

Donations are for the Spartanburg, SC Children’s Shelter. Tickets are $10 for 10 tickets to win a set of over 450 high quality mechanic tools (retail value $3,000).

Start at Sears Automotive at the Westgate Shopping Mall in Spartanburg, SC located one (1) intersection East of I-26 and SC-29 (W. O. Ezell Blvd.) and end at the Beacon Drive In.

All cars out at 9:30 AM - All cars back by 3:00 PM – Rain or Shine.

Bring your handheld walkie-talkie and set it to Channel 2.0
